Just Do It
I wrote what I considered to be a very interesting and thought-provoking post this morning and as I clicked to publish it, the hotel's server went down and I lost the whole thing.
There was a time when that sort of thing would have really bugged me. But after it happened I just shrugged and went about the rest of my day.
It's funny how after doing this kind of "inner" work on ourselves, over time we start to normalize what others see as dramatic shifts in consciousness.
Thinking about the way we used to react to things that didn't go our way versus now, it's almost like we were another person.
Now, we are in an age when everybody is talking about meditation, intention, affirmation, law of attraction, etc. It's easy to get caught up in the hype of it all and become a "mood maker"---someone who tries to appear as if they are unaffected by their outward circumstances.
What we need to remember is that it's okay to be affected by what's happening on the outside. The trick is to remember who we are on the inside: light beings experiencing ourselves in human form with infinite potential, infinite adaptability, and infinite access to whatever support we need to get through our most challenging moments.
No "trying" needed. We just do it!
