- A guest house or duplex with a quiet back yard (and a hot tub)
- Private parking for me, and good street parking for friends
- Close to the beach
- Lots of Sunlight
- Less than $1400.00/per month (and that's pushing it)
- Close to a main thoroughfare like Venice Blvd, I-10 or Washington Blvd.
